We are hiring Customer Service Representative who will be assigned to process import shipments under our Seafreight Department.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitoring incoming pre-alert & arrival notice
- Sending arrival notice to the consignee
- Request billing from shipping lines and consolidators
- Prepare a request for payment
- Encode, monitor, and send of inward foreign manifest
- Prepare import documents such as delivery order, container guarantee, and authorization letter
- Monitor shipments from origin to delivery to consignee’s premises
- Send shipment updates to the consignee
- Prepare Weekly Reports
- Container Deposit Monitoring
- Equipment Interchange Receipt Monitoring (EIR)
- FCL and LCL Trucking Forecast Monitoring
- BASIC RELATIONSHIP
- Reports to the Seafreight Supervisor
- QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2 years experience in the same position from a Freight Forwarding or similar industry
- Graduate of 4-year college course
- Knowledge in computer operations
- With good moral character
